Please allow up to ten (10) business days for shipping and processing to receive your order unless you have made arrangements with me to have the order expedited.

Shipping is only $3.00.  Any order of $50.00 or more is shipped for free.

I only ship within the U.S at this time.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 days of received payment. I use USPS for all shipping with delivery confirmation so that you may keep track of your delivery through www.usps.com.

Please email me so I know to be aware of your item coming back. Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase, with a 10% restocking fee and the item must be in new condition along with original packaging. Refunds are given through PayPal within 48 hours of me receiving the item back. Please contact me with the item information and I will inform you with any further steps needed, such as a picture of the piece if possible to show the condition before shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if any were incurred. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to me for refund.
Earrings are non-refundable.

You simply contact me, and I will make sure any issues are resolved to make your order correct. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Please take note of the size before your purchase, then with a piece of string or cloth measuring tape, measure your wrist or ankle and simply add 1/2" to 1" depending on how loose or snug you want your jewelry to fit. If the size is not quite right I can re-size it for you accordingly before shipping. Downsizing is free, and up-sizing is a $5.00 fee for materials. Just let me know and I can send you an invoice for the up sizing fee.  I will be more than happy to re-size it for your custom fit. I always want you to be happy your purchase!
